I started Curated Commercial Real Estate because I wanted to build a practice around the things I value most: integrity, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people I work with.
I don't pretend to have all the answers, but I know how to find them and don't quit until I do. I ask questions until I understand the full picture. I dig into the details. When something gets complicated, I stay with it, and I'm straight with you about what it will take to resolve it.
My path to commercial real estate was not a straight line, and that background shapes how I approach the work. I came up through interior design, sales, and marketing before entering brokerage. That combination gives me a perspective that goes beyond deal structure. I think about how people experience space: how a storefront reads from the sidewalk, how a floor plan supports daily operations, and how the right improvements can shift a property's market position.
I focus on walkable corridors, mixed-use developments, and environments where location, context, and long-term strategy have a measurable impact on outcomes. My work is hands-on, detail-oriented, and grounded in active market exposure across Colorado's commercial markets.
I'm selective about the clients I take on because depth matters more than volume. Every assignment gets my direct attention, from the first conversation through closing. I care about doing right by the people who trust me with their buildings and their businesses.
