FH Construction Group Launches with First Denver Office

On November 7, 2023, FH Construction Group executed a lease for its first Denver office space in a four-story complex near I-25 and Colorado Boulevard. I represented the tenant.
FH Construction Group is a commercial general contractor founded in 2023 by Chad Harris and Anthony Fasciano. Their portfolio spans healthcare, commercial, education, multifamily, and public sector work. This was their first headquarters space.
Chad, Anthony, and a new firm
I met Chad in December 2022, when he and Anthony were in the early stages of standing up the firm. Both brought long track records in commercial construction and a clear read on the kind of company they wanted to build. What they needed next was space to build it from.
They wanted an office that reflected the quality of their work and the character of their team: something considered, not corporate. The space would host client and contractor meetings, so visibility and presentation mattered. Highway access and proximity to retail and dining were priorities.
We landed on a four-story complex near I-25 and Colorado Boulevard. The location delivered the highway access, parking, and surrounding amenities they needed, and the landlord was open to the customizations that would make the space feel like theirs.
Why I-25 and Colorado Boulevard
For a general contractor taking client meetings and coordinating across active job sites around the metro, central access matters more than neighborhood character. The I-25 and Colorado corridor offers both. Projects across Denver are reachable within a reasonable drive, and the surrounding retail supports the kind of informal client hospitality this business runs on. For a firm in its early growth stage, the corridor also offered landlords willing to work with a new entity on terms and build-out.
