Florence Supper Club has opened at 375 South Pearl Street in West Wash Park, bringing Italian-American dining, neighborhood energy, and thoughtful placemaking to a walkable retail corridor just south of Alameda. Montana Rae represented the landlord in this transaction.

Native American Bank has leased space at 277 Broadway to accommodate its rapidly growing team while a new headquarters is being developed nearby. The three-year lease began June 1, 2025. Landlord represented by Montana Rae.

Neon Cowboy Café has found its home in West Wash Park, securing a 10-year lease at 300 S. Logan Street. Led by Chef Michael Sanguinetti, this new Denver restaurant blends classic technique with creative energy — from brisket croissants and tartines to craft cocktails and a welcoming, modern space.

As we enter the second half of 2023, I reflect on the past six months and prepare for what the rest of the year has in store.
