Cuff & Crease, a bespoke clothing studio founded in 2019 by Nathan, has leased a 684 SF studio at 1115 Acoma Street in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood. The transaction includes a 3-year initial term with a renewal option.
After outgrowing its original Golden Triangle studio, Cuff & Crease needed a larger space to support expanded production, client consultations, fittings, and continued business growth. The new studio is located within the historic Evans School, a 1904 Denver landmark now reimagined as Schoolyard: an adaptive-reuse, mixed-use destination featuring lifestyle retail, creative workspace, and the Schoolyard Beer Garden.
The project was a natural fit for the brand. The building’s historic character, natural light, thoughtful tenant mix, and activated environment aligned with Cuff & Crease's identity, while the Golden Triangle location allowed the business to remain rooted in the neighborhood where it was founded.
Located immediately south of the Denver Art Museum and near the State Capitol, History Colorado, Civic Center Park, and some of Denver’s most established cultural institutions, the new studio places Cuff & Crease in the heart of one of the city’s most creative and design-oriented districts.
