Noodles by Nina is a Denver fast-casual restaurant specializing in hand-pulled noodles and traditional Chinese dishes. Founded by Nina Zhang, the concept opened its flagship location on East 17th Avenue in 2025 and has built a loyal following through craft-driven food, efficient service, and a dining experience centered on watching noodles pulled by hand through a glass viewing window.
Nina brings deep experience in Colorado's restaurant industry. The ideal site is sufficiently distant from the current East 17th Avenue location to serve a distinct trade area.
In addition to select Denver neighborhoods, Nina will consider locations in Boulder, Castle Rock, and other Front Range opportunities.
