Colorado Welcomes The Advocates Injury Attorneys

APRIL 20, 2026 • DENVER, CO • MONTANA RAE, PRINCIPAL

The Advocates Injury Attorneys have entered Colorado. Curated Commercial Real Estate has been exclusively retained to represent the firm as it builds its presence across the state, starting with an inaugural office at Landmark Centre in the Denver Tech Center.

The firm operates across seventeen states in the western US, with local personal injury attorneys embedded in each market. Colorado is the newest addition.

A firm built around local practice

The Advocates’ story traces back to 1992, when founder Matt Driggs began practicing law in the Salt Lake City area. The practice started broadly, covering personal injury and estate planning, and narrowed over time into the personal injury focus that defines the firm today. Its growth model has been consistent: open offices staffed with attorneys who live and practice in the communities they serve, rather than operating as a centralized national firm with regional branches.

Colorado expansion is led by Damian Kidd, an attorney with The Advocates since 2007 and currently managing partner of the Idaho Advocates. Over his career, Damian has helped thousands of accident victims recover compensation for injuries and losses.

The Colorado assignment

The Denver Tech Center office will serve as the firm's setup hub while the team actively pursues additional locations. The three-year term at Landmark Centre was chosen intentionally, given the firm's expectation of outgrowing the space as the Colorado practice scales.

From here, the search expands. Curated Commercial Real Estate has been engaged to identify additional space across the Denver metro area, with Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Boulder, and the mountain corridor as possible submarkets under active consideration. The firm is open to both lease and purchase opportunities, with a preference for buildings that offer signage potential if purchasing.

This is the kind of assignment Curated Commercial Real Estate was built for. A client scaling into a new state, with a multi-location mandate, a long runway, and the flexibility to lease or buy, depending on what the right building looks like.

We had a great experience with Montana! She found us a commercial space in a great location. It has been a perfect fit for our business. She showed us a variety of options in different areas which was helpful. Communication was excellent. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the Denver metro area. Will reach out to her again when we need another space. Highly recommend!
