Spring is here, and Curated Commercial Real Estate is just past its first month. We've come out of the gates with real momentum, and I'm pleased to share that we've completed the lease of 373 S Pearl Street in West Washington Park. Read on to meet the new tenant, Pilates Addiction.
I also took ten days this month to travel to Sicily. The timing was deliberate. A trip like this was exactly what I needed to step into this new chapter with refreshed energy. Read on for a few favorite images from the trip.
I'll be in touch again next month with a fresh lineup of listings, closed assignments, and insight into the latest in Denver commercial real estate.

Ten Days in Sicily
This solo trip to a place so rich in dynamic culture, remarkable architecture, delicious food, and rich history was exactly what I needed to feel inspired by the built environment all over again.
I flew into Milan, then Catania on the east coast, and made my way down to Syracuse. My first few nights were on the island of Ortigia, set amongst ancient ruins, bespoke wine bars, and winding streets full of shops and gelato.
From there, I moved up the coast to Taormina, a picturesque town of steep hills, prickly pear, and bougainvillea. My final stretch brought me to Palermo, the capital, where I took in the rhythm of a larger city. I traveled alone, worked between exploratory walks, and drank cappuccinos before eleven and espresso after.
Our work in commercial real estate can become all-consuming if we let it. I'm grateful to have found the time and space for this experience, and to return to my work with renewed energy. Here are a few of my favorite views from the trip.
